I am teaching a Photoshop workshop at the Mid-Peninsula Community Media Center in Palo Alto, California (http://www.midpenmedia.org) next week!

Instructor is Godfrey DiGiorgi.

This is a three-session workshop that includes lecture and lab time for trying out techniques. Basic familiarity using Photoshop to work with digital photos from scanners and digital cameras is recommended. Learn how to enhance or alter your photos using Photoshop’s sophisticated layers, masks, and curves tools. Examine choices and techniques for image sharpening, visit practical means to achieving consistent printing, and develop your Photoshop use into a professional workflow. Other topics to be treated include Photoshop color management setup and B&W rendering techniques. The sessions will be oriented around a Problem-Solution interactive discussion format.
